If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 28jili Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain a 28jili Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

To register a 28jili Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one 28jili Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 28jili reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 28jili login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 28jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 28jili support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending verification.
28jili may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.
28jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in PHP. 28jili does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gaming purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. 28jili reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. 28jili aims to process verified withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
28jili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 28jili will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.
All funds in your 28jili Account are held in PHP. 28jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
28jili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before they are converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
28jili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.
28jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
28jili offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slots, bingo, fish shooting games, and sports betting. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change. 28jili does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or game category.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 28jili will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. 28jili's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 28jili system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In sports betting, bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or postponed will be voided and the stake returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sports betting rules.
28jili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds, or any other technical or human error on the part of 28jili. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 28jili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

28jili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
28jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 28jili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits 28jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
28jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a 28jili Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
28jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
28jili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 28jili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 28jili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, Players may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
